Central Portugal Holiday Cottages
We are open all year.
Jasmine cottage is charged at 30 euro per couple per night, 60 euro for the whole cottage , sleeps 4 + 4
Jasmine cottage plus fig tree studio is 90 euro per night ,(sleep max. 10 )
During July and August minimum charge is 60 euro per night , same maximum.
A deposit of 100 euro per week is required to book your holiday. If you cancel you may lose your deposit. The balance is payable six weeks in advance of your arrival if paying by cheque , or by cash upon arrival.
A refundable deposit of 100 euro ( to cover damages )and electricity is payable upon arrival.
Water and gas are supplied , however electricity will be charged at 0.12 euro per unit. Bed linen and towels are supplied but not beach towels.
For winter visitors a stack of logs is supplied for the wood burner , further supplies can be purchased.
A mobile phone is available at 10 euro per week.
When you book Jasmine cottage you will have exclusive use of the pool and gardens ,nobody will be booked into the studio,the one exception being(with your consent) a pilgrim walking the . This only happened twice last year, they arrive at dusk and leave at dawn.
You are welcome to smoke in the garden ,but not indoors please.
We try to accomodate any changeover days where possible. To do this we ask all guests to arrive after 1300 hrs and vacate by 10.00hrs
